Chef Joe apprenticed under James Beard Award Winning Chef Michael McNally at Philadelphia's London Grill. He has spent time in the kitchens of the Caribou Club in Aspen, CO, South Beach's Barton G.'s and most recently at the famed Versace Mansion (Casa Casarina) He is the winner of the Chocolate Classic in Aspen and has cooked for such dignitaries as President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and sports personalities such as Shaquielle O'Neill. Chef describes his style as Mediterranean with Asian Influences. His signature dishes include "Voodoo Shrimp" and the best Hummus in America.
The Windsor Gardens Conference center is a multi use 10,000 square ft. facility with meeting and event space equipped to accommodate board room meetings, classroom style seating up to 160 people, theatre style settings up to 200 people, dining events up to 150 people with a dance floor and 210 people without a dance floor. Please enjoy a week long business conference with us, a weekend wedding or family reunion, or weekday meeting and allow us to provide the smooth, stress-free event you can remember and appreciate long after your time with us has ended.
